more updates on my blog : http://bonnie90505.blogspot.com

I am going through the process of withdrawals better known as the "low carb flu". Because I had gone over board on carbs for over a week, my body is very fatigue right now. I have never experienced this before, but now I know what it feels like, but I am so anxious to get into ketosis and back with tons of energy and good foods without the sugars. I expect in the next day or two I will have that burst of energy and back on track! I want to test with ketos- stick, but its too soon.

  • HANG IN THERE!!! I was listening to Jimmy Moore this morning (thanks for the reference!) and heard Dr. Rosedale speak about the "slump" we feel from the shift from being a sugar burner to a fat burner... he mentioned some things that could reduce the symptoms.. I believe it was to reduce saturated fats and increase medium chain fats== COCONUT OIL!! Hope it helps! Feel better!

  • @hopingtoloselbs I have been ingesting coconut oil for almost a year now, and I went off it for about a week, and also my carbs were way high, and, I didn't experience this fatigue in the beginning, but this time, it shows that my body is getting rid of the sugar and now I feel so much better and fats are good, the medium chain fats in coconut oil, I am a loyal believer in that stuff, it is my miracle supplement for life, thanks, I feel alot better today.

  • Thank you for sharing Bonnie, I am exited to start my full on low carb lifestyle with a mentor like you at my side! thank you for sharing your ups and downs with us. LIke you said everyone is diff and I appreciate your point of view on things.

  • @psychobella7137 thanks alot, let me know anytime if there is anything I can share with you about my experiences with low carb,I feel so much better when I eat low carb, I really think everyone is different stages in life, but for me, I dont need carbs for energy.

  • Part 2

It seems like the 500 calories does not seem like it would be enough to be healthy but the Doctor's nurse I spoke with say they have no problems with people that are on the program and it seems to be a very popular program.

  • @justwant2bhappy I can't give you any advice on HGC injections/ I eat enough fats and proteins that I don't lose muscle, because only when your body cannot find enough protein, it turns to eating away at muscle which is why you see loose skin of fast weight loss program,I fast while I am sleeping, no calories in, but calories are burning, I never go hungry during waking hours I eat food as fuel.

$800 can go for some good foods/exercise equip.

Think clearly, and make good decisions

  • Are you feeling better now Bonnie? I've been in induction for 12 days and I feel much better than I did last week. Thank you for posting a comment on my 1st video. I always like watching yours. Rebecca Jen

  • I never knew about this low carb flu..I bet that I have experienced it..I don't remember. I will be on the lookout for it since I ate a donut friday and a couple of cookies today (couldn't resist).

  • I started low-carbing yesterday, and I know that my body is withdrawing on white stuff, and sweets too...UGH

  • Bonnie, I know you've done the low-carb before, but have you experience the ketosis breath? and if so what did you do to help get rid of it or what did you do to fade the bad breath away? Thanks Sylvia

  • you are strong and things will get better soon enough! You are doing great.

  • I know how hard it is. At the beginning the body refuses to spend his savings. You get tired, and out of life...but then, then the pounds drop down and the body comes back to life.

I experienced this and I needed a lot of will to get thru it.
