really? 13 levels and you couldn't even get the first 7 chaos emeralds? i am disappoint...

Any one completed it intentionally only getting the first set of emeralds? Does that change the ending at all? As I only ever completed it gaining all emeralds and getting hyper sonic, with all 4 different charechter combinations too ;-)

To truely beat the game you must get all chaos emeralds and super emeralds and become Hyper Sonic in doomsday zone (and beat it to)

You're an idiot. This IS the ending of 'Sonic 3 & Knuckles'.
Tails doesn't feature in the normal version of Sonic & Knuckles. However, if you attach Sonic 3 to the Sonic & Knuckles cartridge, Tails is available and the game is then called 'Sonic 3 & Knuckles', just as the video title says.
The fact that you got 28 thumbs up for that comment just shows that there are 28 other people who don't know what they're talking about.

Uh..dude. This is Sonic 3 & Knuckles he's playing. Sonic 3 & Knuckles is the "complete" version of Sonic 3, so basically this is the "real" Sonic 3 ending, though you are right that this isn't the good ending, since he doesn't have all emeralds.
