I got a new guitar! And I also just got back from the Kenny Chesney concert, so i fiqured I'd throw this song up on the tube.. My apologies for the curiosity of my dog Murphy haha enjoy!

hey its capo in the 2nd fret. but ur the first person that uses a G chord on Out in the chorus. everyone uses the C chord there

The purpose of a capo is to change the key to match your vocal range. Perhaps he wanted to sing higher. Or perhaps his guitar is tuned down half step so 3rd fret matches cd. And he IS using the C chord on "Out" in the chorus. It's an alternate voicing of the C chord. He is playing the A and D strings not the E and A.
