CRISPY FRIED BABY CORN AND MUSHROOMS
2 tsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1 cup diced Babycorn
1 cup diced Mushrooms
1 tbsp fried Garlic
2 tbsp white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups corn flour
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Coat baby corn and mushrooms with the corn flour, and deep fry until crispy Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan Add fried baby corn, mushrooms, Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, white wine, adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper, add fried Garlic and mix well, Serve hot.
