way better this theme 2007-2009 and 2009-2010 bombed it up by making it end the series

I actually enjoy watching this era of The Bill on TV channel Watch, some very powerful and gripping stories were shown in the 2007-2009 era. ITV certainly showed us they didn't have a clue when they ordered the late 2009 revamp. It turned into a very gritty Shed Productions (Bad Girl's, Footballers Wives) type drama totally out of character for a show like The Bill. The 2009 series repeats can be caught on Watch every morning from 9am and again from 10am on Watch+1

@TVMocksTim - Totally agree with this comment. ITV were determined to axe The Bill and the best way for them justifying the decision was the awful revamp that made people switch off in droves. ITV are a rubbish TV channel that deserves to go under - too fiocused on reality TV programs and paying rubbish celebs over inflated wages,
