I'm wondering, you said your brother had had eczema as a baby. Why would a baby be so angry?

Thank you so much, Loren! This video is really helpful.

I had a lot of anger this spring about some personal issues, so I'm not surprised I developed eczema on my foot. I'm doing lots of meditation and self reflection. Thanks for the scare! LOL. Hope it worked.

I noticed that my eczema has flared up since watching the video and I'm wondering if it's some kind of resistance to letting this go. Or it is a matter of 'stirring the pot' which I have found gets things moving that have otherwise been there but dormant? I just know I've been resistant to a lot of therapies I've tried. Thanks for these videos just the same.

@raycynable Works best for st resses over and done with--like old angers you're carrying. Note when it started. What was going on in your life then? Often anger toward family members.

@leparks I just finished watching the video and may I ask....does the disconnect happen instantly or does my subconscious need a bit of time for the disconnection?
I'm not sure if it worked I'm so itchy and I tried everything but it did help a little :)

@Animegirlforever888 Try "disconnect from a person" a few times with the intent of letting the anger go. If you don't, you're letting the person you're angry with control you. Loren

raycinabIe think you don't want to let go. Please try "disconnect from a person" several t imes. If you are living in the anger provoking situation, it doesn't work so well--fire is constantly rekindled. Works best for relations over and done with tht are just hanging ion.
