Wingless Test Nov25/1 @ Ohsweken Speedway.
Glenn has been thinking of creating a "touring" Wingless Sprintcar division for 10 yrs, this is "the beginning" . Glenn ran a 13.380 in "Smoke's" 360 he used at Blackrock & Canandaigua Speedway .
Mitch Brown ran a 15.886 in the 460HP 350 before the incident. Brown was ok.

anitoch speedway in cali has a spec sprint car series look at there rule book and might give guys some ideas on what could be done at other tracks

You gotta have different engine rules cause its out of control right now with the Gaertes etc. $50k+ each

As far as tires goes, Mandate a hard tire.. like a d-25 or harder. they'd last forever and there would be no reason to put a new tire on. No cockpit adjustables. Keep it injected on alcohol. An alcohol carb is almost as expensive as a used set of injectors.. not to mention if its close enough to current rules, there's no reason why you couldn't throw a set of wings on and try to make some money elsewhere. If you have different engine rules, What happens if the class doesn't work out?

carbed would be ok, but you gotta allow us to use up some of the non crate motor stuff and build our own motors. Maybe a gear rule to equalize????
