That's the V.A. health system. They can't be hold responsible so they don't have to care. Besides when I go to the VA I ask the person seeing me "ARE YOU VA OR ARE YOU A DOCTOR?" It is meant to be an insult to those it applies to because I don't want someone wasting my time or health because I am not there to waste theirs. NOTHING HAPPENS TO ANY OF THE SO CALLED DOCTORS!

@JesusTrolls Yes, it was melanoma, it does that when it metastasizes (the cancer spread to many other systems). Carmelo is my cousin.

Feres also protects lawyers from legal malpractice. I was threatened by Army lawyer CPT Matthew Fitzgerald to do something against regulations resulting in losing over $50,000. When I asked the top lawyer (now LTG Dana Chipman) for help, they appointed Fitzgerald’s previous boss/friend to investigate. I filed the same complaint with Fitzgerald’s state bar proving he lied more than 10 times. All thrown out of federal court due to Feres despite evidence. Fitzgerald got promoted to Major.
