Great workout for your Abs and Upperback using the Monkey Bars at the Playground.
Four Exercises in a Row doing each exercise for 30 seconds each. After completing those 4 exercises in a row, rest 30 seconds, and then do that circuit of exercises again, followed again by 30 seconds of rest and then do that circuit one more time. The exercises are:
1. Neutral Pullup
2. Hanging Leg Raises
3. Inverted Row
4. Hanging Side Leg Raises
Should take you less than 10 minutes to get through it.
