---10 วิธีบอกรักพ่อแม่แบบอินเทรนด์---
1. กราบแทบเท้า กอดพ่อแม่บอกพ่อแม่ว่า "เรารักพ่อแม่มากที่สุดในโลก เราภูมิใจและดีใจที่ได้เกิดเป็นลูกพ่อแม่"
2. ส่งการ์ดอวยพรวันพ่อแม่ / โทรศัพท์หรือส่งของขวัญพิเศษไปให้พ่อแม่ หากอยู่ห่างไกล และไม่สะดวกไปหาด้วยตนเอง
3. หากอยู่คนละบ้านและมีครอบครัวใหม่แล้ว ควรพาลูก - ภรรยาไปกราบคารวะพ่อแม่ที่บ้าน พร้อมหาของขวัญ เช่น เสื้อผ้า ดอกไม้ ของกินของใช้ ไปให้พ่อแม่ หรือพาพ่อแม่ออกไปหาอาหารพิเศษรับประทาน
4. พาพ่อแม่ไปนวดตัว นวดเท้า เพื่อสุขภาพ หรือพาไปเข้าคอรสสุขภาพในต่างจังหวัดที่อา กาศดีๆ
5. พาไปทำบุญทำทานที่วัดหรือให้ไปทัวร์มหากุศ ลต่างๆ เช่น ทัวร์ 9 วัด เป็นต้น
6. พาไปเที่ยวต่างจังหวัด หรือต่างประเทศหากสุขภาพพ่อแข็งแรงพอและเป ็นสถานที่ที่พ่ออยากไป
7. ซื้อคอมพิวเตอร์ให้พ่อแม่ พร้อมสอนให้ใช้เพื่อความเพลิดเพลิน เช่น ส่งเมล์โต้ตอบกับหลานๆ หรือเพื่อนๆ ทางอินเทอร์เน็ต เล่นเกม หรือเปิดหาความรู้ต่าง ๆ
8. ซื้อหนังสือประเภทที่พ่อแม่ชอบอ่านให้ พร้อมตัดแว่นตาให้ใหม่หรือพาไปเลสิกสายตา
9. สอบถามหรือสืบถามความปรารถนาของพ่อแม่ว่าอ ะไร ที่พ่อแม่อยากทำ และยังไม่ได้ทำ แล้วพยายามจัดหาให้ เช่น อยากเรียนดนตรี แต่ยังไม่เคยมีโอกาสในสมัยเด็กๆ หรือหนุ่มๆ ก็พาพ่อแม่ไปสมัครเรียนและให้กำลังใจ เป็นต้น
10. หากพ่อแม่ถึงแก่กรรมไปแล้ว ก็อย่าลืมทำบุญอุทิศส่วนกุศลให้พ่อแม่ หรือไปเลี้ยงคนชรา พระภิกษุป่วย เพื่อส่งผลบุญให้แก่พ่อแม่

9. Ask or observe their wishes what they want to do but yet to do and try to fulfill the wishes, such as they may want to learn music but they did not have chance when they were young. Take them to join the course and encourage them, etc.
