  • Lt. Col. Allen West says the rules of engagement tie the hands of the Military.

Senator McCaskill, you seem to be more on the side of CAIR than the side of our troops, we would have been done, and gone from Iraq but for this nonsense.

You make me sick maam. You sit around while our troops are thrown in prison for BS rules of engagement.

I laid off 15 employees in the last 18 months, I moved out of KC Missouri, and won't be generate any more tax money.

Lets do lunch sometime, call me

  • Thank you Senator for standing tall for the truth.

  • Claire, you make me proud to be a Show-Me-Stater!

  • and you think your blood pressure got high.. mine got high on that same thought the day I heard we needed contractors to wage war.. makes us look as dishonest as possable. We are not even fooling ourselves to get around geneva.. My question is now what do we say when a war happens with a real standerd enemy like China if war breaks out do we try to contract soliers that is stupid if so good luck to the highest bidder as we have a smaller population we could loose what we have to the enemy.

  • How much more damage do they have to do before we pull the plug ? They seem to be a bunch of criminals running loose!

  • Do some hearings with international commanders from NAVO countries as well. I'm sure there are some commanders who have some choice words about how these mercenaries not only taint the image of the military, but taint the image of their military as well.

And I'm fairly sure there are some commanders who have advised their (civilian) leaders to not put them on any mission where american mercenaries are involved in combat and policing or peacekeeping activities.

  • "As long as we have two sets of rules and one image [in the perception of the Afghani people], we're in trouble on this mission."

I love Claire because she succinctly pinpoints a problem, addresses it squarely, but never stoops to character assassination or posturing. She truly is a great steward who prizes service above all else.

  • If only her commitment to real issues of national security reached the heights of her self-regard.
