Mirror's Edge Chapter 2 Speedrun World Record 7:26:38

I could still do better than this, but it would require insane luck.
I could get 10 or 15 seconds faster just with less mistakes. Most of this run is pretty good though. It starts to suck after the first elevator. I miss the first jump of the chase and the hidden springboard a couple times. Then it resets me while I'm inside the next elevator. Wtf game.

No matter how hard I try I can't get past the first fence like you do. Any tips?

@anarkistraeven It's really just a lot of practice. Use reaction time and don't jump straight when you jump off the wallrun after landing on the yellow thing. Jump to the left a little. This will let you get more height between where you stop wallrunning and where the fence is. The barrier for the barbed wire extends a little bit above the top of it, so you have to jump a little higher than you think you do.

@Mikkl702 If you don't count all the cutscenes and loading times, and if I was able to get a decent run each time, it would be under an hour. I have a playthrough of this game on my channel if you wanna see. It's all in one video, about an hour and a half long
