  • I am looking for a pub that was owned by my family. It would be in the village of Manfield. During the war it might have been called "Boyd's" and early on " the village Inn"

  • @davidsjv Thank you for your question. The pub named "Village Inn" in this card set was located in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Unfortunately I don't have the set anymore but you could probably pick one up on eBay.

  • I'm getting married in The Star, Alfriston in Sussex next year! =)

  • @thebectoriousone Congratulations!

  • I know the Great White Horse Hotel in ipswich i live in ipswich lol

  • It would be good if you could respond with a video of it

  • Lot of old pubs being converted into Thai, Chinese, Indian, and the like, takeaways and restaurants, at least the buildings are preserved, and not demolished to make way for yet another pointless Tesco Extra, or shopping mall,we are becoming more like 'little America' every year,-pathetic.

  • I need a drink after seeing this:but the pubs have all but long gone.

Great collection of cards there:showing the good old local.

  • ,,,he's right, why are there so many of you damn people in the UK ?,,whats your purpose living here ?,,the free welfare for the uneducated short tempered imbeciles who love riots and stone throwing ?, if you hate Christians why live with them ?,,,so you can overpopulate them and take over as a victory for Allah ?
