  • What is the longest dimension that can be cut using your setup? Could the assembly be connected infinitum? I want to cut a 12"X 12" X 24' block of EPS into streamlined kayak hull. I dont know if the ends would support the hull during the rotation. What would you suggest?

  • I don’t know of any machines that would be capable of 24 feet on a lathe, not would the EPS foam have enough strength at that length to be rigid enough for a lathe. You could however cut it in three 8 foot sections and glue the sections together. I assume you would be coating the boat hull with something for rigidly and protection.

Our experience is also that urethane foam glue makes a bond that is stronger than just plain EPS foam.

Please let me know if we can be of any assistance.

  • Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the fine sound quality.

  • @TheChevyFan It sounds SOOOO much better when you have the headphones/earphones half way out of the computer and you can only hear 50% of the sound for the video.

Nah, I'm busting your balls. It sounds like Satan's ass.

  • FOAM PILLARS!!

  • AHAHAhahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You guess right, The Chevyfan.

This self opinionated crank deletes the comments that tell the truth and leaves on ad hock shite , much as these machines are .

They are outdated and overly too expensive.

  • Where do you find block blanks? Or are you just selling the cutting machine?
