Furby commercial (15-second variant No. 2, 1998)

A series of very funny advertisements from 1998-1999 for Furbies. I especially like the Barbie-esque music and the Furbies making that weird "Uka, uka, uka, uka!" noise when they pop on near the girl.

There was also a 30-second variant of the commercial, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

BTW, one of the girls involved with this video was a young Melissa McIntyre! The beginning with the shoebox being opened is also reminiscent of the closet doors opening in the prototype Furby commercial.

OMG THAT IS SO FUNNY!! i forgot about those things!! hahaha I had one of those I think but does anyone remember when they had the whole legal battle and tried to ban them? or did it work? cuz I do not remember seeing any since! they dont make those anymore do they? that is hilarious! how cute!! haha

@lilamber406 They thought Furbies could repeat what people say and learn new words from them, hence the initial ban from official offices or something like that where classified information is often talked about. But they can't.
