Quick question. How do you go about finding such good locations? I'd love to do location rather than studio but wouldn't know where to start asking (do you get the owners permission or is it a case of finding a derelict and sneaking in 8-) )

@justhomdotcom Locations are the biggest struggle, sadly yes you need the owners permission and usually a big fat pay cheque in order to be allowed to use the location. There are a few location websites, but be prepared they don't come cheap!
