I've had this project on my to-do list for a while, but I need money to get another 3 truck. Looks like it works very well. You should have moved the rear truck back a little further though. That was the part I was really worrying about when I thought about doing this. Again, Nice Work!

Why would I do that? The truck is in the same place as the center truck on the 3 T shay.

Sorry, I posted before I was finished. Based on many pictures I observed of prototype 2 T shays, the rear truck looks to me to be in the correct position in relation to the rest of the loco.

Thank you for the comment, It's now my favorite loco, you may need to add some weight to it if you have any grades.
