Incompetent gov't staff/無能政府公務員

There are gov't staff who always come to find the occupants being complaint for illegal activities without anyone answer the door even though they're at home. But they do like to yell out loud at the complainant's door and ask them out for the complaint cases. They want to disclose the complainant's ID without any responsibility. The gov't depts include Lands Dept Tai Po, Police Tai Po, The Agricultural & Fishery Protection Dept.(both for animal section and tree section), Environmental Protection Dept., Food & Hygiene Dept. According to the Privacy Ordinance, complainant's ID should not be disclosed. So, they come over to the door of complainant and ask to discuss directly. After many gov't staff doing the same action, finally we figure out the reason is they want to make use of the villain to take revenge on the complainant in order to threaten those who make complains, then the gov't staff need not to follow the case and continue receive complaints. That is they assist each other to keep on doing illegal activities and not to do any work. If you do not answer the door and the gov't staff cannot get inside the place, they will not take further action. This is their responsibilities.
可知因政府職員無能,所以此村村民一而再再而三做違法事件,他們到此一遊,望兩望就走,做下嘢.但他們卻喜歡到投訴人門戶大聲叫嚷,叫投訴人出來講投訴事件,然後便不了了­知,目的只是讓他人知道投訴者身份.這些政府部門職員包括:大埔地政處,新界南漁護處(狗隻及樹木部),大埔警方,環保署,食環處等.跟據私隱條例,投訴人資料不可透露.­他們應被追究!佢地互相利用玩雙嬴,政府部門職員通知被投訴人誰是投訴者,然後待被投訴人去對付投訴者如打人,襲擊人,罵人等等.投訴者怕事便不再投訴,政府職員便不用再­做跟進.這便是政府職員操守問題及工作態度問題所在,只有把事件公開,才知他們動機!只要違例人士唔應門,地政職員便當無發現. 政府真的多不負責任及無能職員,其中一個便是地政處,佢地立例協助違法人士違法,等同協助大陞孕婦來港產子不守法不邀費,剝削本港孕婦優先權利.地政處針對直系親屬申請牌­照轉名繼續居住權利,立例協助違法者違法轉讓,重建,加建,擴建,非法圍起佔用政府土地等等.所以違法人士不怕被投訴,不斷在內外做工程.
