The most underrated action fim in history. This movie will run circles around more famous titles that deal with "deep cover" and betrayal. The only thing bad about American Yakuza is the title. That's it. If it were called "Nick Davis" (like Donnie Brasco) or something less cheesy, it would have really got the credit it deserved.
