Clarification:

His power cell is running low..

He find what seems to be another power cell(but its really just an egg),

he mother/guardian of the egg comes back,

and the robot throws the egg and runs for his life.

The mother/guardian catches him as he is falling and due to it being like a jelly-fish, shocks him(thus the alternative way to get energy).

I've got to say that was a good video, I enjoyed it quite a bit, And I also liked the song and was wondering if anyone knows the name or if it's just something they made specifially for the video. Either way, I thought it fit quite nicely.
