Illegal entry by Mukilteo Police

Someone called in a domestic disturbance to my residence. I don't live with anyone. They knocked and rang my door bell at 11PM September 4th, 2011. I refused them entry, they came in anyway and guess what found no one else. The last time Gary the cop to the right of me in the video at the door, was when I reported check fraud.

Think about it this way, would you rather have a domestic violence case reported in some other instance, and have the police not show up and search, and have it result in a murder? Because I frankly don't care if I have the cops show up at my door at 11 pm to check my house. At least I know they're doing their jobs and that if there is a domestic dispute going on they will put a stop to it.

@Picklesncornchips So Cops intruding into your residence illegally is okay with you? They have no warrant..they arent doing their jobs. also, the cops here are notorious for a lot of things. i witness them speeding and rolling stop signs constantly, yet they pull people over for the same reason. the cops in this town are terrible. you see them driving around town all day long, yet my friends house got robbed and not a single cop could arrice until after an 1 hour

Should have never answered or opened the door....If anyone decides to answer their door to police, do all speaking through the door; never open it...If cop's say, they're answering a complaint, then let them preduce the Sworn Written Complaint via accuser under the door; i.e., UCC Sec, 1-207, No Sworn Complaint; then they have nothing, as hearsay....

Be thankful that you're not the man who had the swat team break into him home, because they thought it was a stash house, and ended up shooting him because he dared to level a weapon as them as they were breaking down his door because he had just woke up and didn't know who they were.

Or the wood carver in Seattle, who was hard of hearing, that was shot when he walked toward the officer with a closed carving knife (about a 2 1/2" to 3" blade); he was shot five times in the chest and then died!
