where could I get a rubber band like that?
-
Where do you get that giant ass rubber band?!
-
i can do 50 push ups now but like barely 2 pull ups

@marktheshot strong biceps weak lats :-j

@marktheshot Because push-ups are actually working the chest muscle/some of shoulder. While pull-ups are shoulders/back. Also, depends if your doing military-style grip or palm-facing your face.

@MUFCFrankie i know you were being sarcastic that's why i posted another one and really i can run as far as i need to and any cardio exercise is easier than it should be so really im not that bulk i just have strong legs i can only bench 135 if you hadn't noticed that's nothing at all

@writtenaudio I was being sarcastic, noone cares how old you are or how much you can squat,
at the end of the day your the sort of person who just bulks up and looks stupid and cant run or do any cardio for shit.
Try using a much wider grip with your palms facing forward. This will recruit more of the lats while also shortening how far down you will go. I'm 6'3 and also have long arms...
