Here s a short burst for shoulder using a heavy dumb bell, start with the dumb bell at a press position and push it clean above your head, then without rest lower it back and parallel press it above ur head. Now in a controlled fashion bring the dumb bell to your hip and snatch it clean aboveyour head.
Repeat 3x per arm. Form is important here as you are stressing the elbow and don't wanna damage your back too much.

yeah cool...i havnt read the bravo two zero book yet but i know it was a best seller so it must be good.....you should checkout some of his novels though they are really good......im taking a break from mcnab and ryan at the moment.....im reading stephen kings "IT" and its really good and very creepy......but look man im sorry i offended you !! you seem really cool and i was been a dickhead !!
