  • hey what's the point in doing so many push ups in such little time if you're not doing them correctly and properly? I mean, you didn't lower your body enough and your feet are too far apart. you're cheating and possibly causing damage to your joints.

  • @VictorHub His arms are at a perfect 90 degree angle. He's not hurting anything by doing these. If anything this push-up is better than the "original" push-up where people go all the way to the ground. When you do that you're causing tension on not just your elbows, but your wrists as well. And his feet are shoulder width apart? You don't have a clue what you're talking about. Hit 100 of these push-ups in comparison to 100 of the "original" pushups and i bet you'll be able to tell the difference

  • you idiots saying that hes messing up his joints and what not are probably the average joes who watch body builders and assume they have perfect form and im sure that everyone talking ish is somebody who cant even get get 50 90 degree pushups in a minute. your all hiding behind a screen, but when you look in the mirror at yourself i bet your not happy just being average, why dont you challenge yourself and your body. and stop trolling.

  • hes going to 90 degrees its considered a push up it will mostly target his triceps but its still considered a pushup

  • Jeff, I'm 14 years old an I can only do 47 in one minute and it was really hard. Do you suggest anything? Am I too weak?

  • I can do 83 push ups in a minute and touch my chest to the ground everytime.
