@aznju Ok this was a year ago when I posted the comment. I was obviously not that smart back then. I am chinese and speak a little bit of manderin so don't think I don't know anything. I eaten there plenty of times and I just though it was weird that he said it like that. I know how to pronounce it (I've heard a million people say it so many times in Taiwan) but i guess I just didn't type it right or whatever. I heard the are making a Ding Tai Fung at the Taipei 101!

@trx1961 There's minced pork inside the dumpling -- but there's also some congealed soup to make them "soup dumplings".
