I just let myself get screwed by "Just Brakes." Walked in and they said $199. I was tired from a long week of work, feeling like I was coming down with the flu and just wanting to get it over with. That's the biggest mistake you can make. These high-pressure con artists were all over me. Now, when I was younger and had the garage space, I used to do my own brakes, so I'm not totally ignorant about brake systems. But the onslaught of rapid-fire lingo got to me. They replaced everything. $900. :-(

@1CALIWRITER3 40 dollar for pads is fine...but if your trusting your life to 40 dollar rotors (how do you even find rotors that at 10 bucks each anyways...the junkyard?!?), I seriously doubt you have any idea about what parts to use. And you have no mention of brake fluid...seriously...your an auto tech and you forget the brake fluid? And if you don't replace the rotors, you should be have the rotors trued for that $300...how many people can do that at home again that aren't auto techs?!?
