Korogocho slum residents in need of healthcare

Korogocho slum which lies in the north eastern part of the city is home to thousands of low income earners majority living on less than 80 shillings a day.
  
With high levels of poverty and unemployment health care is largely the burden of the government. But in Korogocho, the story is a twist of what it should be.All most 90% of the population here are living at the bottom end of the poverty ladder. They epitomize the expression abject poverty, as each day is a struggle for survival.

really and truly people should not stop living their lives because of the situation they are in.....life has to go on mahn......how do u know whether having more kids is the only thing that makes her happy in this world???? people do different things for different reasons......its not good to judge rather help!!!!
