Click the Create button to start character creation. After entering a cool name for your character, your next choice will come down to gender, race and class selection. You can customize your avatar by manually tuning every aspect of your character, changing its face, hair, and even eye color. To complete the character generation, click the Generate button to start your adventure in the game.

try using your desired name then put 1st , 2nd , 3rd to the end of it . It worked for me coz' i have 5 accounts & on every account i have the same name but i put 1st , 2nd , 3rd depending on how strong they are .
