  • Hey man good playing and thanks for keeping it simple on this one! I was wondering if you could tell me what kit your using because this is the sound im looking for but haven't found it yet. thanks!

  • @ValentineQ14 Thx man! appreciate ur comment!!! i use a Roland TD-9k. Roland also offers a TD-9kx as well and that set comes with mesh toms. Thx again

  • good playing and good recording!

Hi Bugernet, this is Roddick from Hong Kong. I have my TD9 kit at home and now I would like to do some recording with my PC. I found that your drum sounds were recorded so wel, would you mind tell me which audio interface do you use, and you recommend me to buy ?

i am looking at Edirol UA-25EX, is it good enough?

    pls advise!

  • @roddickyuen Hello, sorry for the late reply! I use an (A.V.C.D) by Pinnacle. It is a very simple device that converts (rca) into (usb) so i can record right onto my computers HD.

I don't have any info on the (UA-25EX), So i can't really give u advice on a device i have not used myself. You don't need much to get good sound! Some basic audio-video software is really all one needs. Let me kno, Thx!

  • beautifully done.. I love your calm, minimal and yet just so right playing... awesome man... You remind me of the late Jeff Porcaro of Toto.. :)) Is this sound of your kit came straight from your TD9 module though?

  • @Pagalan2000 Thx i appreciate ur comment!!!

I'm no Jeff Porcaro but Thank u for the compliment!!! The drum sound im using in this tune is the Roland v-tour kit. I did make some changes, but it's right from the TD-9 module.

  • Hi bugernet, create work on this track. I am not able to find this backing track so I can have a go at playing it. Is it on the TD-9 module or did you get it from somewhere else, if there is a link to it that would be very helpful.

    Thanks

  • How the hell did you connect so many pads to your TD9 module? Have you split some of the cables? Or did you use a extra interface like the TMC6?
