Hey, thanks for posting this example. For me when playing the video I hear a lot of background distortions, almost like ghost compression artifacts while you're speaking with the mic. Is that YouTube's recompression of the audio? Or is it how the Yeti sounds?

No pop filter makes it difficult to make a good review. This is just out of the box.

@InquisitorDice Honestly I think that either your used to super expensive mics, or, being frustrated at your own inability to actually produce a decent recording, try instead to compensate for that by dissing what is a VERY good microphone for the money, to trick people into thinking you have a superior knowledge of recording equipment. This mic easily beats the crap out of any MXL under $150 that Ive heard, and it's USB, you dont need an interface, so it is a VERY good value.
