Stupid novel exercise with high risk to low benefits. This is good if you only want people's attention, but the force development from this exercise doesn't come anywhere near that required for explosive sporting movement, or even cellular changes. If you want low-level proprioception, then walk barefooted through your backyard or barefooted on the beach. If you want kinesthetic awareness in the context of a sport, then do dynamic or sporting drills. Balancing on a ball is for show.
