i have one on my wrist in the same spot. on the left hand it hurts sooooooo bad :( i am 15 and i had it since i was 11 but my doctor just tells me it will come back. mine comes and goes like every 2 weeks its so sore and i cant bend my wrist or anything

sorry it took so long to get back to you.....i did some asking and i guess there is stuff that you can get to spray on your skin that makes the skin numb, then you could cut it open and squeeze the stuff out and hope it doesn't come back??????not sure what else to do.....sorry your in so much pain :(

So I just noticed the last comment on this was like 3 months ago ( I had just got up when I viewed this and commented LOL) how's it going? Did you break it with a book? Go to a dr? Or just do what I did and pretty much put up with it? Is it gone? Had it come back?

It can always come back even if you drain or get it cut away.. you having one is propably related to working as the PC and not having your hands in the correct position causing "damage".. same thing I have

Yea thats definately a cyst. go 2 the doctors and they can drain it with a needle. or u can rupture it by smack in' it with a hard cover book. good luck

Breaking it with a hard covered book works but it hurts, then again if your already in a lot of pain... I have one, used to be big as yours, hurt sometimes not others. When it hurt really bad I wrapped my wrist with a tensor bandage to keep from moving it to much and the pain went away after a couple of days,. Wierd thing is after having it for a long time it has slowly in the past year started getting smaller...
