@whitepineproductions focusing manually with a 35mm lens might be tedious at first, but the resulting quality is well worth it and looks much more cinematic than the average consumer HD camcorder.

dude thanks i was looking at the 24-70mm lens but you shouldof included some long distance stuff aswell rather than just macro, but cool vid anyways

Why do still cameras want to be video, and video cameras still? Just an observation, but focus is an issue with this technology as seen in the bee clips etc.
For now I'll continue with my HD video for video. Thanks for the images.
Now, how do you like it as a still camera??

DSLR with video function is very excellent machine for video.
