I'm Nicaraguan and we do gallopinto too..I don't know which one is better bacause I was brought much of my childhood in CR before coming to the States.,, never had the chance to learn the recipe but now I'm heading to the supermarket as soon as I leave work.., thanks..I hope I can find the Lizano salsa... Maybe a bodega..
