See, don't get all depressed if you play and instrument and feel like you started too late. Bela didn't start playing until age 15 and he morphed into a banjo icon. Its what you put into it every day, so you don't have to be a child prodigy. The more you love playing and the more you practice the better you'll become.

I collected Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, the Yellowjackets, Tony Rice, Grisman, and the Dead in the 70's, and I'm still groovin on them all ... fantastic stuff, and perhaps none
better today....as said, the coolest stuff! And I even sang barbershop for 26 years, and now I appreciate the entertaining talents of Dailey&Vincent.
