@bonale You're correct, she had 'vocal correction' on "way back into love" coz she had no vocal training at the time, but on this particular song, she went to a vocal coach and all of this is actually her voice. at 2:28 the vocal rise you're hearing is natural, she's raising her pitch. Then at 4:09, the little noise you're hearing is probably her nasal breathing (air from her nostrils) hitting the mic. She has a beautiful voice. Shes wonderful. I adore her.
