Jeez, the kids are just excited by the steam train. They're not running around, they're not screaming. With a train moving that slowly, the only risk is the nearest one being struck by an open door but he's looking down the train the whole time. I see no inconsiderate behaviour at all in that clip. If you're expecting everybody else to stand back and get out of your shot, I'm sorry but that's the height of arrogance. You're in a public place. You have no more right to the view than anyone else.

Quite agree, my young kids were about 50 miles from the platform when I shot this video! The family in question had little regard for those around them, and were totally unconcerned by the risks they taking.
