You could try playing it on Synthesia and just upload the MIDI file as a vid and post it up and yea you can include the notes if it'll help people too. And great music btw.

Depends if you are a fast learner and how much experience you got on a piano.

Probally if you are like me then a few hours to memorise the notes and play them but if you want to get the tempo right with no mistakes then it will take a damn while.
