  • @jamesboonjim The 7.62x51 will most of the time have a bigger exit wound and has serious knock down power, but other than that I agree with your last 2 comments. Dont get me wrong I dont hate the 5.56mm. I will proubaly get a rifle in 5.56mm some day. I just never felt really good about carrying a small round in the military. So thats why I have this opinion, but It is tried & true for getting the job done. Have a great day.

  • @coolvideo28 2 out of 2 ....injured comrade than they would on the battle. This makes it easy to shoot more enemy personal while they are dragging the comrade to safety. Plus when using FMJ it doesn't make that big of a deal weather you hit the enemy with a 7.62mm round or a 5.56mm round either way its going through the person unless you hit a thick bone somewhere. Another thing, a 5.56mm round has a bigger chance of staying in the body creating more damage as the person moves.

  • @coolvideo28 1out of 2 I will admit the 7.62x51mm is a better round but I would still rather have a 5.56mm round. one reason for this is because the 7.52 has a much higher chance of crating collateral damage. I don't know what your views on hurting innocent civilians are but personally I don't want that kind of thing on my conscience. Secondly when it comes down to fighting other people, most people will drag an injured comrade to safety causing them to be more occupied on the

  • @jamesboonjim I only stated the truth that .223 is a 22cal. round don't like it I sugest U upgrade your round. I know sounds bad but it is the truth. Just because I didnt like round I was forced to carry in the military does not mean I wasnt in. What is better having 30 rounds in a mag of .223/5.56mm & having to shoot a terrorist 2 to 3 times to kill him or 1 shot 1 kill with 7.62 x 51. Also the 7.62x51 can shoot through things the .223 can only dream off. No offence but there is No comparison.

  • @MoralityFromWhere I'm talking caliber wise. the actual bullet is only two or three millimeters longer and .003 of an inch bigger in diameter.

  • @jamesboonjim big difference

  • @coolvideo28 Plus the Kel Tek RFB is only a 7.62mm and only holds 20 rounds. With that you will be holding more weight just so you can have the same amount of ammunition. So when it comes down to being able to do a 500m section attack on a trench, the guy with the 5.56mm rifle will be way better off than the guy with the Kel Tek.

  • @coolvideo28 Buddy from what you said about the 223 being a 22 cal I don't even think that you are in the military. Your probably just a want to be military guy. Every real military member knows that there is a difference between a .223 and a .22. It might not be much but there is a difference.

  • @wtfdudenotcool101 You do know that .223 is a 22 cal round right? its .223 how do you miss that? I use to carry this round in all kinds of guns while I was in the military. I personaly believe we should switch back to a larger round. Just posted my opinion did not write it to you, not sure why you got so offended.
