  • I like the bass player a lot! Wish she were in my band.

  • I am the bass player...what kind of music do you play?? and thanks!

  • A swift reply! I started out with Genesis/ King Crimson-like music, but now at music school it's all jazz standards. I would like to know the chords to "Rendez-vous 6:02", which has always been a favourite song of mine. Are you into that type music, or was it just something you had to do with Wetton?

Would love to stay in touch, even though I'm located in Belgium, Europe. Where are you from? Bye for now.

  • Ah all very intricate music! Takes a good musician to pull that stuff off.

I am really into Crimson. I truly enjoy pretty much all kinds of music, from Earth Wind and Fire to Nick Drake...just not a fan of country music. Playing bass wise, I'll pretty much play anything with good feel. This was a particular wonderful opportunity getting to play with John.

Yes! I live in the U.S.

  • interesting inserting guitar parts into a song that did not origianly have any

  • The guitar player's own composition written as requested by John Wetton.

  • My God. This Keyboarder is full Shit!

  • @minkofan basic chords of the song...Ab - Abm - E - Gb/Eb

solo section is Abm - Bbm - Dm - Fm

  • This is great to see and hear. John Wetton was a big influence on me as a singer and bass player in the late 70s/early 80s, and this is my favourite of all his songs. I appreciate how difficult this must have been to play in terms of combining both timing and feel, so well done all of you.

  • You're the bass player? Great job. And your backing vocals were excellent too. John Wetton must have been impressed. He was always one of my favorite bassists and vocalists. And Rendezvous 6:02 is an amazing song. GOOD JOB.

  • If you wish we can correspond more privately. Do you have an e-mail address I can use, or do I just write to 'hippiesway'?

  • The Bass player Is top notch

  • really nice rendition. Jobson, he is not & the middle was a little strong on the drums, but overall a very nice performance.

Oh, and you can play bass in my band anytime. : )
