I have bought a Novag Citrine chess computer and set it up with Arena, but every time the computer makes a move, my board beeps twice and it's annoying me. Could you explain how i can resolve this ?

@rfaus1986 maybe desactive sound on the game, test previus or when play start, go to menu, "e8 or d8?", see manual and go out setup.

(on arena chess gui not see sound options?) EXTRAS -> novag chesboar -> options, "NOT select sound when move)

Given that the quality of the pieces Novag supplies with the Citrine is exceptionally poor - ChessBaron now has re-engineered a set of luxury chesss pieces to work with the Novag Citrine. The product is called the Citrine Senator and can be seen at chessbaron in the desktop computer section (search for novag citrine enhanced)

If you could get out a video showing step by step how to download the appropriate programs to a PC and subsequently connect the Citrine to a PC it'd be great. Can't find such a resource yet. Id link to it from chessbaron
