Oooooh Vicky, I made this recipe with walnuts (because I have no pecans! Lol!) They are deee-li-cious! Yum, Yum! This helps me because I have been craving something caramely-chocolate!

@herbalcat Hmmm, now you've made me think!! I have walnuts! LOL!! :) I am almost out of the pecans (I have been rationing them!) but I do have walnuts. I read somewhere that walnuts are "little brains" so good for the mental processes... Thanks so much for letting me know this works equally well with walnuts!! And yea, it's the "chewiness" of the chocolate that I like alot too! :)

OMG Vicky!! I am salivating here! Lol! And those pecans (straight from Texas!) are beautiful!
BTW, I love using carob powder and bananas to make a chocolatey dip for other fruit , ie: apples, pears, etc.

@myjourneytoraw I'm doing great, thanks. My 4 month raw anniversary is on the 20th and I have lost 40 lbs an countiing! Yay!

@herbalcat Beth, that is just fantastic! When I hear you say you have let go of those 40 pounds, I imagine that you must be feeling so much better! I mean seriously, go pick up something that weighs 40 pounds and imagine having to carry it around all day again!! We were doing that! LOLOL!! I am so happy and proud for you!! We can do this!! :) YAY!!
