The beauty of our US Constitution is that it is a LIVING document. Since the days of The Founding Fathers,it is an incredible amalgamation of laws that can be readily amended,modified and interpreted according to the times. However,The Bill of Rights,the very foundation of this treasured document...cannot be changed in any manner,for it is The Bill of Rights that safeguard and guarantee of civil rights as Americans.
