correct sir, under-steer is most obvious in this video. torque-steer on the other hand is the tendency of a car to "pull" in one direction while under power. Its caused in part by one axle being longer then the other and when the engine is under power the longer axle becomes a lever which pulls the car in that direction. If you watch the last two shot of this video you can see it quite well. @ 1:26 (the up-shift) and @ 1:38 (as he exits the corner)

The car is based on a 1.4 ford focus and is 4WD. No ST engine but a 536bhp cosworth YB 200 engine mated to 6 speed bara motorsport sequential box. The bodywork is a carbon composite. i know all of this because I have the issue in which the car was featured (October 2009)
