From Balilla Pratella's Opera "Aviatore Dro" from 1914. This is a rare snippet from a performance of a few fragments.
Pratella was a student of Mascagni and wrote seven full length operas, some of them in genuine verismo style. After a meeting with Marinetti in 1910, he decided to join the movement of the futuristi. In close collaboration with Marinetti, L'Aviatore Dro was created. The opera was finished in 1914 and privately premièred in 1915. The audience of 1915: Stravinsky, Prokofiev, Diaghilew, Massine. The opera was officially performed for the first time in 1920.
An interesting feature of this excerpt are Russolo's Intonarumori which Pratella used throughout the score.
From private LP.
@TheBlackops131 It's done with an Intonarumori, that's the thing making the noises.
