The demo reel is great, up to the end, where you do the "scripted" self show, which removes seriousness, or allows humor into your credibility. If I were a critic, that's how I'd review it. But, I'm not. I think the scripted skit of you interviewing you is funny and entertaining by itself, the other shows give you presence and affirm a solid image growth, while your own interview shows humor and removes your credibility of seriousness.
