The world famous warning "Mind the gap" has benn replaced by much more efficient human voice that adapts the message according to the context. We humans tend to pay more attention to messages and warnings coming from the human side than from pre recorded messages.
Sorry to be pedantic. But the announcement hasn't been replaced. They just have staff members yelling incessantly down their microphones at tube platforms during rush hour these days, on top of the automated 'Mind The Gap' announcements which only ever occured in stations that (unsurprisingly) had a substantial gap.
