that's where fast bowlers like shane bond come in. has an amazingly legal action. very legal. 101degree arm motion all the way.....it's like so legal that it makes me smile a lot :)

I remember Michael Holding once said "all" successful fast bowlers bend there arm to some degree.

So I guess athletic guys who pushed these limits in an 'acceptable way' became international cricketers while the rest of us who were careful "not to bend our arms at all" in our youths generated insufficient pace from 22 yards to consistently trouble good batsmen and instead became boring accounting clerks.
