@travo1980 Indeed, Margaret Wilson abused her position consistantly. There were many occasions where Labour ministers never had to properly answer questions because she was sheilding them with the argument that they only have to "address" the question. No such crap from probably the most balance speaker of recent history Rt Hon Dr Lockwood Smith, who will pull up ministers who try to evade questions.

I think Winston was right in this Rodney the little Yellow Jacketed weasel was trying to bring a matter up that wasnt allowed in the standing orders now i dont know anything about it so i would have to take the Speakers word for it but we all know Hide and Winston have got along
