The guy lived.
He didn't even suffer any serious injuries.
I worked on the flight deck of the Bon Homme Richard (CVA-31).
I watched a guy walk into the starboard prop of an E2 Hawkeye.
We had to walk the deck with paper cups to get the 12 lbs of him that was shreaded. (I think that was what it weighed when we got it all collected).
His legs an upper body came away in 2 or 3 pieces but the head and arms were spread out over 1100 sq ft..
You could smell that shit for days.
